9. REFUND POLICY
10. NO-SHOW AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
At TechTalk, we emphasize the importance of timely appointments and strive to provide exceptional service to every client. To maintain efficiency and respect everyone's time, we have established the following guidelines for missed appointments and rescheduling.
Definitions:
- Missed Appointment: Occurs when a client neither attends a scheduled session nor cancels with a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice.
- Rescheduling: Refers to a client who requests to alter the date or time of their meeting, provided this request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
Clients are allowed two (2) rescheduling requests. A missed appointment will limit the remaining reschedules to one (1). Should you exceed the rescheduling limit or have a missed appointment, the service will be considered complete, and relevant resources will be sent to you electronically.
Rescheduling Guidelines: To facilitate smooth scheduling and prompt service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. This policy helps us manage our appointments effectively and deliver the best service to all clients.
Please be aware that missed appointments or excessive rescheduling may result in delays to your service delivery. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
